What's for Dinner?

BBQ Pork

1 large onion chopped
1/4 c. chili powder
3 lbs boneless pork ribs
1 can tomato paste
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 T. mustard
1 T. Worcestershire
2 t. salt
1 c. water

Throw everything in all together and cook on low in a crockpot for 6 hours. Pull apart with a fork. Serve with coleslaw on a bun. So delicious and leftovers for days!

Sounds yummy!! Love me some good BBQ pork after living in the South :) I'll have to give it a try one of these days!
