One tip that he lives by is to never order fish (or sushi) on Monday. Especially if you live inland like we do. Fish obviously has to be shipped into a place like Utah and is rarely shipped in fresh on Mondays because of the preceding weekend; therefore, the fish you're getting is most likely either frozen or leftover from last week's supplies. Seems logical doesn't it? Just thought I'd share...

Shouldn't be a problem here since we aren't fish people ... should be, but that's another story ;)
