In the Roberts' household, crepes are the new tortillas. You can put anything in them, roll (or fold) them up, and wa la - dinner! (or dessert!) Oh they are so versatile! They can be sweet or savory and my own mother would be so impressed that somehow I can pull off leftovers without many complaints. Here is the recipe I've been using. Merci beaucoup Paris.-amr
